Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were amongst the best I have ever stayed in and overlooked the nice, quiet courtyard. They are large, well-appointed, and the bathroom was excellent. The bar in the evenings serves high-quality wines and delicious cocktails that were surprisingly amazing. The service was top-notch, the staff were helpful and classy, always going the extra mile to assist. However, some staff on the breakfast shift seemed to rush people out in a heartbeat. The location made me feel like I was staying in an apartment rather than another hotel room, being conveniently close to both shopping and sightseeing spots. The dining experience was a three-course extravaganza, offering choices for everyone with traditional Finnish food and delightful touches like nettle salt and birch sugar. The facilities were perfect for my stay.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel, with spacious and lovely rooms facing the courtyard, although a bit small. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. The service was exceptional, with the reception staff being very professional and always ready to assist. The location was ideal, near Etelaesplanadi, allowing for easy access to the city's attractions. The dining experience was phenomenal, offering a variety of meats, cheeses, and traditional Finnish dishes served in stylish Marimekko tableware.
The hotel is in a marvelous location, close to everything on a quiet street. The rooms are very comfy, with ground heating, and offer plenty of space for families. The staff is unfailingly pleasant and always ready to assist with any need. However, the dining experience was superb, offering choices for everyone. The hotel is in a great location, near restaurants, shopping, and the harbor. The price is worth it for the value you get.
The hotel had some nice features, such as a local gin at the bar and being walking distance to many attractions, but it lacked certain essential room amenities and the dining experience was underwhelming. The service, particularly from Laura at the front desk, was attentive and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room I stayed in was above the bar next door, which was actually quite nice despite a broken standing lamp and a missing 'do not disturb' sign. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, with extremely friendly and efficient staff who went out of their way to provide lots of information about the local area. The location, while a bit small for the size of the hotel, was ideal and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The dining experience, though a bit disappointing with a small selection, still offered Finnish-style food with plenty of choices.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The hotel offered excellent service, from breakfast to cocktails. The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from Market Square and other main attractions, though a bit awkward to access at times due to people replenishing. The dining experience was top-notch, with fresh local products and a cozy pub atmosphere. Overall, a superb boutique hotel with some minor room for improvement.
